I am so hooked on TLC and Discovery....

  We just expanded our cable package and now we have like 4 more discovery channels ( addicted to discovery health)  Love the shows like Bringing Home Baby, Birth Day, Life in the ER. Fascinated by Hoarders.  My kids love it too. They like the discovery kids channel, also like shows like Dirty Jobs, Deadliest Catch, Cash Cab, and Dual Survival.   I am so psyched to find something they like thats not on cartoon network.  Nickolodeon not so bad (kids like iCarly and Spongbob and sometimes BTR).  Not a fan of CN.   There is one kids show I actually like, have occasionally been caught watching sans kids, is Avatar the last Airbender. 

   I just felt a need to say how much i like TLC and Discovery... think I've had too much coffee already..lol very hyper today...  

 

  So what are your favorite shows?

i don't have cable, but if I did SyFy and the History channel would be my favorites.  I was always a big fan of PBS.

I Love Project runway, Top chef, Law & Order, My mind escapes me now what I watch.....

We love the SyFy channel because we are HUGE SciFi fans.  Food Network and the new one, The Cooking Channel, are also favorites.  Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives is a fave, as are NCIS (both of them).  I'm not a huge tv person, so we only have a basic package (no movie channels at all).  I would rather use the computer or read a book.  Even when i do watch tv, I am always doing something else at the same time, like folding laundry or clipping my coupons!  LOL!
