i'm really kinda worried right now.  My niece has suddenly disappeared off facebook..i don't mean just my friend list, i mean facebook entirely....searching her name turns up nothing...last nite it was there, today it's gone.....tried calling her but number disconnected.... nd as if all this isn't wierd enough, just three days ago i talked to her. She was at the doctors and wouldn't tell me why....

      She lives with her mom, and cuz we're not exactly pals to say the least, i don't have her number to call her.  my niece rarely talks to her dad, my brother, so i doubt he'd know anything even if i could get ahold of him...  I sent her mother a message on facebook, but who knows if she'll answer me...

((hugs))  I suddenly dumped facebook because of privacy and didn't really tell anyone beforehand.  I did email everyone afterwards.  So it might not be anything more sinister with facebook than she just got sick of it and quit.  Is she or her mom having money problems that might cause them to have the phone turned off?  Maybe she had a fight with her mom and her mom took her phone and facebook away permanently.  Before I got too upset, I would share my concerns with my brother.  If his daughter is pregnant or having problems with her mom, he has a right to know and is in a position to do something.  I hope you get answers soon.

Thanks Grace - u were right..it was nothing....she was having probs with someone so she deactivated her account until.it was taken care of.. i'm proud of her for doing the right thing, but geez she's gonna give me a heart attack.  As far as her phone...oops i had wrong number wrote down...   Still upset she won't tell me why she was at doctors other day...

I am glad she is okay.  (hugs)  Facebook shared my name with spammers and pornographers. so I just deleted my account.  I was so upset to see my name attached to porn, I deleted it instantly without notifying anyone.  My intent was to get my name off that porn, but I can see where it could have scared people.

 

Maybe it's just a routine female exam and she's embarrassed to talk about it.  (hugs)  You know how nerve wracking those can be especially for a young woman going for the first time.  I hope it's nothing more serious.

I am sure if something is wrong you will find out about it. Don't worry. I am sure there is good explanation for all this.
