You all know me...
I'm doing spin class twice a week. I started that back in December (although I missed the last two weeks due to transportation issues). I LOVE it! It's hard and of course I'm not going as fast as the trainer but it's still fun for me.
I'm also doing a toning class one day a week. You combine cardio bursts with weights.
Other than that I'm doing the treadmill at home.
My plan is to do a half marathon (13 miles) in June in Kansas City. I'm not planning to be able to run the whole thing (although I might) just to be able to complete it. I figure it will be a run/walk/jog event for me.
Also still eating my tiny portions and trying to limit fats.
