What do you do on those days? The days when you really don't feel like working out. Do you have any things you do to make you do it or do you just give up on those days...
I have a couple of techniques for those days. If I'm planning to work out, I get dressed in my workout clothes instead of in regular clothes (I know this won't work for those of you who work). If my plan for the day includes the gym and I don't feel like it, I will text a friend to meet me there for a class or to workout. I fully admit, if I am helping someone else I'm more likely to do it... yes, I do know how sad that is. I will look at pictures of me before, and remind myself how that felt.... How much work I have done to not be there anymore and remind myself that i don't want to be there again.
