1 can cream of mushroom soup 
4 oz can sliced mushrooms 
1 large envelope instant onion soup mix 
1/2 c. milk 
2 lbs stew meat
 
Combine above ingredients and cook in slow cooker on low for 8  hours. Serve over rice, egg noodles or elbow macaroni. Serves 4.
 
NOTE - I double or triple everything but the meat to feed all of us.  This is kinda like a stroganoff - just add a little sour cream right before serving.  I use a large bag of egg noodles to serve it over to feed 5-6 of us.  Not alot of leftovers (no noodles left at all), but its super easy and everyone loves it.  I do add some salt and pepper to taste.
