Its very essential for kids to take milk for the growth and strongness.But it is also truth that mostly kids do not like milk in this age that is why the best option is to give milk with addition of choclates.

There is also a good amount of protein in milk, so a little chocolate milk here and there as a treat isn't too bad! Sugar is just something you have to keep an eye on.

Giving the milk with chocolate is a good idea but Is the chocolate is good for children's health.I doesn't know what is in the chocolate.if any one know what inside of chocolate, please tell me.
