Well, personally I also eat both in raw and in cooked shape. But I think raw shape is more nutritional. I like oyster mushroom more because its tasty and delicious. Moreover oyster soup is a healthy and nutritional recipe. Eat mushroom in whatever shape its a very nutritional food because it contains high protein level and not fat level. Low fat level makes mushroom the best food for fitness.
