Well it depends on us that how much we want to lose weight. We can lose weight as much we do exercise. With exercise diet is also important. The more we do exercise more we can lose weight.

Too much regular exercise and diet are good for losing weight in a week. The result of weight lose depends on our own effort that how much we do exercise. If we want to lose weight quickly in a week then we should do exercise regularly.

I have lost 6 pounds in one week.

I have to do one hour cardio workout daily along with veggies and water diet for this weight loss success.

I drink grapefruit juice, and green tea with the empty stomach, it help a lot to burn the body fat.
