I like to make my sons costumes but I can't think of anything for this year . Any suggestions?? BTW I can't sew very well so I like the ones that you use a sweat suit for or something like that to make it...

How about a dalmation? Black sweatsuit with hood, get felt to make the ears and spots either glue or spot sew. If you spot sew you can remove and use sweatsuit this winter. Paint his nose and mouth.

I got that backwards, white sweatsuit, black felt for dots. DUH!!

MMMm.........How about a mouse...dress them in brown...sew a brown rope...use felt for the ears and use black eyeliner for a cute black button nose

I hate to sew too! For halloween:

Dd #1 is going to have a gray sweatsuit with mismatched sock, shorts, t-shirts, gloves glued on to make it look like static cling.

Dd#2 is going to wear a cat headband. stuffed black dress sock pinned to a fabric black stretchy headband and wearing black pants and top. Black cat

Ds is going to wear is underoos! LOL He's got SuperMan t-shirt and red briefs set so I'll buy a bright blue sweatsuit for him to wear underneath the t-shirt and brief! I'll pin a red tablecloth to his shoulders for his cape.

How abou those ideas? Anything there that would work for you?

WOW Thank guys! I think I might have just figured out what to dress him as. Now I had just better get started making it. Last year I was up until the wee hours of the morning trying to finish painting the dots on his clown outfit so that it would be dry for that night!!
