Do you go trick or treating?

We usually try to be in the nieghborhood where we trick or treat by 5:30 when it is just getting dark. We stay out about 2 hours and I don't like to be out too late.

Well, we don't live somewhere that the kids can walk around, they have to be driven from house to house. Because the women here at work want to see Alexander, Billy is bringing him here around 4:30, but he is stoping at a friends' house who won't be home later tonight before he gets here. So, I guess he's starting around 3:30, but all of us together will be 4:30.

For those of you in communities where you can walk, I'd say 5 or 5:30 sounds good since it's getting dark around then.

We live in the country, so we're going in town to my grandma's house. She invited us for dinner , then DH is going to take Alexandria and William through her neighborhood after we eat. Here where we live Trick-or-treat is always from 6pm- 7:30 pm on the last Thursday of October.

The weather forecast is calling for flurries tomorrow, so I think it's going to be getting really cold here once the sun goes down. I doubt that my kids will trick-or-treat for the entire hour and a half.

I hope all of you have fun tonight!

We usually start a little after 5 and go for about 2 hours. I am trying to get my 2 1/2 year old to take a nap now so she won't be to cranky when we go

Well, we don't start around here until at least 6PM. Most people don't get home until then. We are eating at my MIL's house and then driving to my SIL's neighborhood. They always do alot for all the holidays. We get there about 6:30 and Trick-Or-Treat until about 7:30 or so. We never even make it thru the whole neighborhood. Once Drew's bucket is tooheavy for him to carry, he's done. Even then, I end up sending tons of candy to work with Rick for the next few months.
