OK... With Thanksgiving coming up, it's time for our annual family debate over what to eat with the turkey.
I come from east Texas, and I always had "dressing" which was made with cornbread.
DH's family is all from Pennsylvania and Delaware, and they have "stuffing" that they make with white bread.
What do you have? Do you actually stuff your turkey with it, or do you cook it separately? And what do you call it?

however I always make to much so I cook the rest in the roasting dish with the chicken, I put it on to cook when I put the veges in to roast.

I just can't seem to make it as good as Mom's 

Neither, I hate stuffing. I make box version but I prefer mashed potatoes.
