Embarassing, but painful

Yep, I would check with the MD. Is this constant or is there any change in bowel or bladder habits that happen at the same time the pain does?

Don't feel bad Liz .. I have the same problems. I keep assuming mine might have to do with scar tissue and so many recent surgeries, but I'm beginning to think I should probably have it checked out since my grandmother died of colon cancer a few years ago. Of course, I've had "stomach problems" off and on ever since I was a teen, so I'm really hoping it's just something like IBS.

I am sorry you both are having these problems. I had them too when I was still drinking and eating caffine which was followed by intense periods of and diareahha afterward. I hope it is just an allergy like I had.

I would definately get it checked out...you never know...it could be nothing just something in your diet.....or it could be something more serious

Yep, I would go have it checked out. It could be something like IBS.... no matter what it is, there should be some treatment to help you feel better, so you can live life more fully w/o the concerns of foods you have eaten making you sick.... my DH goes through this too... I'm trying to get him to the GI doctors, too....

Good luck, LIZ!
