I would hafta say for myself it was my Boppy nursing pillow!

Well, I didn't get to nurse much but, I totally agree with you on that one... The Boppy pillow was the best.

I only received one gift related to nursing and that was a breast pump that I could not use!

But my Boppy was the one thing I could not do without!

Oh yes, most definately the boppy pillow. I went through 2 - the first one split at the seams!
