Shrimply Divine
1 3-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 C sour cream
1 t lemon juice
1 5/8-oz package Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 C cooked or canned shrimp, finely chopped
2 T green pepper, chopped
Blend cream cheese with remainder of ingredients. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Works well as an appetizer.
