Bruises

Just needed to know if there are any other nutrients other than iron, that I could be lacking that would contribute to the bruising my body does. I can explain the 10 bruises on my knees with the car seat that kept bouncing off them as I walked the 40 miles around the Atlanta airport, but I have several on my arm and all over both shins. I just seem to bruise when a breeze blows by. When I had my last gyno appointment they told me my iron was low. The Dr gave me a prescription for pre-conception vitamins and said all I need is in those, but nothing has changed. HELP I look like I have been beaten!

I too am curious to this as my 15 yr. old DD bruises very easily. You can touch her and she bruises.

How long have you been taking the vitamins? Has it been long enough to see results?

If it isn't any better in a few weeks, or if you have increased problems, it would be good just to check in with your MD & let him/her know what's going on & that you are concerned.

Good luck!
