Enabling Cookies?

I used to beable to go into Internet Tools and enable cookies-

Somehow when my dad was scewing with my computer he disabled cookies (he doens't know anything about computers)

What the heck? How do I enable cookies? I have Internet Explorer..

I can't go to hotmail now iwthout having cookies! Blah! Help!!!

Here you go Robyn,

Enabling Cookies
Internet Explorer, Version 5.x and Previous

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

2. Select the Security tab.

3. Select the Internet icon.

4. Click on Custom Level.

5. Find Cookies.

6. For Allow cookies that are stored on your computer, set it to Enable.

7. For Allow per-session cookies, set it to Enable.


Internet Explorer, Version 6.x and Later

1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.

2. Select the Privacy tab.

3. In the Web Sites section, click on the Edit button.

4. In the Address of Web Site field, enter http://www.hotmail.com
or the webstie of your choice

5. Click on "sign me in automatically" or the "Allow" button.

6. Click on the OK button.

7. Click on OK to close the Internet Options window.


Netscape

1. Select the Edit menu.

2. Select Preferences.

3. Click on Advanced.

4. Set it to Accept All Cookies.
