What will signify the end of war for you?

Although it has been awhile since Bush announced the end of heavy battle in Iraq more Americans die every week. What for you will signify the end? Will it be all American troops coming home, finding solid evidence of nuclear warheads, the death of Saddam, or something else?

Two Empty Vans

I'm still attempting to discover why we are at war. Iraq seems to have been thoroughly disrupted...temperatures are up to 120 degrees Farenheit, there's no electricity or water, almost no one has an income, as there are no jobs, shops and offices are closed, Sadaam Hussein is apparently alive and well, the flow of oil has been almost completely disrupted, American and English soldiers are being shot and killed each day, the Iraqi people hate us as much as they disliked and feared the previous regime, and our soldiers in Iraq would rather be anywhere but there, they hate being shot at from behind and in the dark, and the only hint of weapons of mass destruction has been two empty vans.

The man in the White House sent our boys over there to be shot at and killed for two empty vans?

The way things are happening over there right now, I don't see that things have ended. If anything, since so many troops have been sent home, things seem to have gotten worse!

Yup, I think our men and women coming home will definatly signy the end of the war for me. BUT for a lot of people it is also knowing Hussein is dead---absolutely sure!

When Hussein is in custody and all of our troops come home - that's when it will be over.

i dont think we will ever kill him it seems cause he is so elusive i want him dead and our loved ones home if we had gotten him the first time then none of this would have to happen it s crazy i sometimes hate the fact that i have two boys that oneday may have to go and die but i also know that i am raising them to respect America and if they had to fight then they would do so i hate it for all the mothers and fathers serving or that have sons and daughters serving i know the suspense of not knowing is horrible but i am so thankful that they are willing to fight for me and my family and the family s of so many others to all of u who serve or who have family who serves or know someone who serves THANK YOU
