Christian's party

Christian had a wonderful party! About 40 people showed up starting at all times of the day! I believe they started around 3:00 and left at 10:00 His mom even came up from Tennessee for the weekend just for his party We were so excited she could make it!

We had a huge bon fire type party! With lots of food and hotdogs! It was really nice!

Christian did not care about opening presents but he did LOVE his cake! At first he was like am I really allowed to do this! But he stuck on finger in and tasted it and then boom half the cake was gone We got the cake at Walmart and they give you a free 4 inch round cake just for the baby and it was hilarious to watch him!! I will post pictures soon!!

The amazing thing is out of all the toys he got NONE of them were the same and he did not already have them!! He got TONS of gifts and money!

It was a great first birthday party. It had a Scooby theme and tons of helium filled balloons everywhere that all the little kids loved!!! It may have been a little on the expensive side but well worth if for my little man!!!!

Sounds like the little man had a great time. Also sounds like Mom and Dad had fun too.

Sounds neat to have a bon fire, a little hot for the summer, but sounds fun. Did Christian stay up late too? So nice of denny mom to come to the birthday party, what a special grandma.

I can't wait to see the pictures. That is neat you got no repeat toys, that does not happen very often. Wait till next year, I can't wait to hear what you do. Oh make sure you post a picture of Christian and his B-Day cake. LOL

Sorry I'm late posting, but I am so glad that Christian had such a wonderful party!! Can you believe your little man is now one year old? And don't worry about the expense - all that matters is that everyone enjoyed being there to celebrate this special ocassion in your son's life.

I hope that Christian has a wonderful second year!!

Sorry I'm so late posting on this, I'm just cruising around and seeing what I've missed

I'm so glad he had such a great birthday party. My girls love Scooby Doo, they are so surprised when we tell them that we watched it when we were little like them

I think the birthdays are so much fun because they get so much attention for their special day! They like that. But of course yours sounds like mine, attention pretty much all the time!
