The dreadful kitchen renovations???

I am soooooo not looking forward to having my kitchen ripped down to the bare walls this weekend, but I am really looking forward to having it finished. But how do we get through it without hating each other in the end?

What is the best way to pack up everything in your kitchen? What about eating? The microwave? The dishes? The food? Where does it all go and still be in a convenient place for use, but out of everyone's way???

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice??
