have nipple confusion? How did you fix the situation and what caused the nipple confusion? Binkies? Bottles? Nurses in L&D?

No Sydney never went through that at all, but she did have a preference for the orthodontic nipples once she started taking a bottle.

Yes caused by idiots who who gave her pumped milk in a bottle in the middle of the night despite the NO BOTTLES/PACIFIERS sign on her bed. We fixed it by feeding her from a tube taped to Mike's finger that she had to suck on. Finally she learned to latch on.

Yes Rachelle did when she was a baby, but I've already talked about that. I don't think Issac ever had that problem when he was newborn, thank goodness. Rachelle's problem was caused the the L&D nurses. Paci, and a bottle was given to her while we were in the hospital.

No because our wishes were obeyed in the hospital. We gave Hannah a pacifier at 2 weeks and she still did fine

Nope. And all my nurslings had a paci in the hosp given by me.
And 1 of them had to have a bottle of sugar water because she had low blood sugar at birth due to her weight.

I also gave a bottle a week so that in an emergency they would have some idea how to take it. They didn't catch onto the bottles for a few weeks but at least it wasn't super foreign to them.

Zachary had to stay in the hospital for three days after I was sent home and the nurses gave him that huge green paci and also gave him bottles even though I was going to the hospital to nurse him and they rented me a room, too.
He got confused the 2nd day he was there without me and when we came home it was horrible!
When we went to our first pediatric appt the next day the doc went and asked all the nurses and they all just said to keep trying to nurse and he would re-learn it.... I got prepared for a day and a night of living hell but thank G-d he got the hang of it the first time we tried after coming home from the doc that afternoon!

No. Olivia wasn't even given a pacifier until about 8 weeks.
