Being on a tight budget- I love casseroles because of the ingredients I can incorporate to them are not expensive at all and its things I have in the Pantry -

Stuff N Cluck Casserole

3 chicken breast - boneless or with bone in (Pre-cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing (or any type will do)
1 can chicken broth
In a large saucepan cook the chicken in lightly salted water for about 1 hour. Save 1/3-cup of the chicken broth. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with both cans of soup. Do not dilute the soup. Add chicken broth and mix well. Prepare the stuffing according to package directions. Top the casserole with the stuffing. Bake, uncovered at 350-degrees for 30 minutes
