Costume Help??? LEGO

Has anyone made a LEGO costume before?

Jonathan loves LEGO's, and I was going to just let him use the Tigger outfit again, but I thought it might be a easy thing to do for him, and I want him to have somethign different--at least it would make for some cute pictures.

If anyone's made one before, here are my questions:

~What size box do I need to get?

~What did you use to make the little prongs (cans, bowls, or cups?)

~Did you make a hat, too?

~What did your child wear underneath?

And does anyone know where I can actually see a picture of one? I did a search, but all I get are instructions.
