HALLOWEEN FACE PAINT RECIPE

Materials Needed:

1 tsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Cold cream
1/2 tsp. Cold water
Food coloring

Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together and paint away!
This will wash off with cold cream.
