Halloween custume help...

I REALLY want Brittany to be Hermoine Grainger from HP! Tell me if I have this right...

*robe
*white collared shirt
*griffendorf colors scarf
* What color pants?

Where in the world can I find the scarf/or tie in these griffendorf colors? Any one seen it premade or do I need to do it at the fabric store? If they even have it.



I do have a back up witch custume from the MIL next door neighbor and it just needs to be sewn. Collar wearing out it is like 10 years old! It has a black collar with orange zigzag. Shouls I find the red and white striped socks or wear orange sock to accent the collar?

Jan, Hermione should be easy.....I haven't seen the dcarves premade, but if I were you, I would just make her a quick felt scarf...nothing to keep her warm, just part of the costume. One long piece of felt and glue (or sew) the colored strips to it. I think, af all things, Hermione needs a hand full of school books too!

Hmmm...I'm obviously not thinking right cause I thought she wore a dark skirt, white collar shirt, a tie, and a robe.

I tried our party store and they had nothing.

Brittany really wants t be a witch so I am working on that now... Almost done!
