To do this, simply wear a black, long-sleeved shirt and long pants or tights or leggings.
Black shoes or slippers would add to the cat look too.
You will then need black gloves or mittens to cover your hands up too.
Make a black tail to match the outfit by using a stuffed black sock. Attach it to the back of the pants.
You can then make black ears out of cardboard and attach them to a black headband to wear on your head.
You can either cover your head with a black ski-type cap
or you can simply slick your hair back with hair gel.
Don't forget to use the makeup or body paints to give yourself whiskers and a black nose, etc.
