So much happened this weekend, both good and bad. The good news is that we bought a car yesterday. I traded in my Mazda Protege and we got an Explorer!!! I loved my Mazda but it was too small. I guess we could have made it work but we were able to get a really good deal on a 98 Explorer. It is blue and really looks good. I know I am going to enjoy it a lot. I will be doing my back a favor also because it is not easy to get a child in and out of a car seat in a small car. Meagan is little but bending over to get her in and out is getting harder and harder. Now she will be up at my level. No more bending. Hallelujah!!
DH and I had a really good time yesterday. My parents have Meagan (still) and we are about to go pick her up. We saw 2 movies and just TRIED to relax.
Some of you may know that the past few weeks , I have had A/C probs in my house. It keeps breaking down. Well, last night at 12:30 when we got home from the movies, it wasn't working. My DH got it running but the compressor kept shuttting down. At 4;00 this morning, we had to leave because it just got too hot. We went to my inlaws. We have been gone all day and it is pretty warm in the house. It was rainy today so it didn't get up to 100 or anything but it is still hot. We just stopped at home to pack, AGAIN, and so I could check in here. Since we have no A/C, a little girl, and i am pg, we are on our way back to my parents house. The A/C hasn't been working properly and the tech was supposed to call us yesterday. Hmmmmm, never heard form him. I am mad. WE have a homeowners warranty so we only have to pay a small fee to have pretty much anything fixed/replaced in our house but this is ridiculous. This guy has been out twice and he has actually screwed up our A/C even more. I am calling our warranty co tomorrow and requesting a different technician.
I had to tell you this because once again I will be gone with no internet access until I get my A/C fixed. Since I moderate this forum, I didn't want ya'll to think I just vanished.
Other than that everything is great. Little Sarah is very active and seems to just like kicking me in the bladder. I am still peeing all the time. I have been a little dizzy, much hungrier, tired and all but ya know, it happens.
So, I will check in with ya'll as soon as I can but it may be a few days. I am not too hopeful about getting someone out tommorow to fix this A/C.
