When I started making Elizabeth's baby food, I got online to find some recipes, but I found this website that I thought was interesting. It was talking about that it was not best to give babies under 1 spinanch and beets. The part I am talking about is under Baby Food Recipes, Vegetables for babies 7 months and older. I just thought you ladies would like to read that. I don't know how true it is, but I never gave it to Elizabeth.
