Other Amazing Pumpkin Facts

Pumpkin seeds are a good source of tyrosine, an amino acid that the body needs to produce norepinephrine. Norepinephrine is a neurotransmitter needed for such responses as motivation, alertness, and concentration.

Pumpkin seeds also contain vitamin A, potassium, and magnesium.

Maybe I should get some pumpkin seeds before the chat tomorrow so I'll be...I'll be.. um, but then I'd have to drag my backside to the store.
