What are y'all having for dessert?

I'm making a pumpkin cheesecake, 2 cranberry-apple pies, and a plate of brownies and cookies...

I am buying a Dutch Apple with Caramel and Pumpkin Pie from the local Pie company. (Their pies are delicious) I just ordered them this morning.

I know that is a cop out, but I just don't have the time or energy to make them.

Well, let's see... we're having three different Thanksgiving get-togethers, so..... The one yesterday, we had pumpkin pies, chocolate cake, pumpkin bread, cookies and cheesecake. Sunday we're having pumpkin pies and probably whatever else I decide to cool. The one on Thanksgiving Day... Don't know. I'm not cooking that one.

Meagan, can you share the pineapple salad recipe? Sounds like it would be good.
Meagan, the pea-pickin' cake is a regular cake prepared with a can of drained mandarin oranges in the batter and the icing OMGosh! the icing 1 large tub of cool whip mixed with 1 large box of instant vanilla pudding mix (unprepared) and a can of pineapple, drained I have no idea why it is called pea-pickin' I got it from my MIL

And the Sweet Potato Souffle is a souffle with canned yams prepared with pumpkin pie spice (along with a lot of other stuff ) and topped with chopped pecans/brown sugar and butter

I would be happy to post the complete recipes, if you are interested Just let me know!
