for tomorrow have you started anything yet?

I have the pumpkin pie in the over. I am also thinking of making the eclair cake tonight too. May do the mashed potatoes too but will depend on how much energy I have

I did buy a couple pounds of monster peel and eat shrimp though

Eclair cake!

I have cherry and dutch apple pie for dessert. I figured since I was making a non-traditional citrus pork loin for dinner, I'd make non-traditional dessert!

I have not made the eclair cake yet. Will do it in the am. I have only gotten the pumpkin pie done bad me!

Yep...pumpkin pie is done, pineapple salad is done. Potatoes are peeled and ready to go. Celery is chopped and ready to put in stuffing for tomorrow! Go me!

I am almost finished with my rolls, i have to put the filling on one and then let it chill an hour then I can put them all on plates with sugar in the morning and am done.

I forgot to get the pudding mix for my eclair cake. I had one box so I made it into a truffle

My pumpkin rolls were a hit. My grandfather pulled me aside and admited to having two slices, very unusual for him to have a lot of sweets.
