Scale question

My current 'excuse' for not attempting to eat more nutritiously is that I don't really have access to a scale so therefore have no starting weight or frame of reference.

Got any ideas to get me past this hurdle?

How about using how your clothes fit as a reference as opposed to using a scale? That way you're not focusing on attaining a certain number on the scale but rather on eating better, which will make you feel better no matter what the scale says.

That's true. Maybe I could find an outfit I feel comfortable in and have Chris take a picture (THAT NOBODY SEES UNTIL I'M READY) and use the same outfit each week or so and look at the changes over time...

Great idea! Thanks Alyse!

Or use your measurements, the tape is super cheap to buy.

Wow...that's good too! Thanks Dana!

Gee...where was I when the good sense was passed out? Must've been playing hooky (sp?) or something!

Buy yourself a scale(if possible). I went for a long time without one. The boys destroyed my last one, so I bough a really nice one after Nicholas was born and I keep it away from them now, lol.
