Having a princess party for a 4 year old, will be 5. Just looking for new ideas, both with food and decorations. Have cake taken care of, cliped an awesome castle cake from a magazine eons ago. Just looking for those extra touches.
(Did think to go with a knight thing for the boy cousins that will be attending)
Party is on the 6th of October so any thing asap will be greatly appriciated.

My oldest daughter will be 5 in Feb. I'm looking forward to the party but not to her turning 5!!

You could cut little sandwiches and cookies with a heart and star cookie cutter. Maybe make magic wands for the girls out of cardboard and aluminum foil, you could use wooden dowels for the handle and just put hot glue on sporadically to put ribbon on and then add some ribbon streamers. Or you could glue glitter to some construction paper to make the stars glitter. Maybe make crowns the same way also, they would work for both boys and girls.

We have a Party Universe which has great little things for parties and they are very inexpensive. Most things are about .15 cents each. If you aren't having that many children then you can make some really nice little gift bags with Princess related items and the employees might have some great ideas also.

Sorry that's not much help. I'm really tired and will try to post later today after I've slept a little and will get some ideas for you.
