VIRGO (Aug 23–Sep 22):

Its an odd time for you Virgos, for you usually like your information to be exact and you want the details to support what you think. But now, with spacey Neptune conjuncting your planet, Mercury, you are pulled into the sea of dreams and away the precision-guided laser life you like to live. Now, for example, you may be getting messages from your inner guides, even if you don't have any. They are encouraging you to follow your vision rather than being limited by your reason. Don't, however, drift too far off the map. Find a middle path that allows you to stay in contact with both ends of the spectrum.

VIRGO (Aug 23–Sep 22):

You are finding your way back to ground level where you can apply your common sense to what's going on. You can feel your own practicality holding you back, not that you need a lot of convincing. You are glad that things are becoming clearer again. You have plenty of energy to get to where you are going, but you shouldn't waste it by starting out too fast. Even if you are ready to go, hold onto those horses. Think about where you are going, but dont act on it yet unless you feel ready from the inside.

VIRGO (Aug 23–Sep 22):

With philosophical Jupiter camped out in your sign until autumn, you Virgos are going through an expansive phase. But now, as light-footed Mercury comes tap dancing onto Jupiter's stage, the Winged Messenger is bringing annoying information to you that you cannot fully ignore. You might have made some plans based upon what you thought you knew, but now have to revise them in light of newer facts.

VIRGO (Aug 23–Sep 22):

As the Sun moves through Pisces during the upcoming weeks and you celebrate your half-birthday, it is also time to have a halftime locker room pep talk with yourself. Stand yourself in front of a mirror and remind yourself of what youve done since your last birthday. Also remember what you've let slip through the cracks. Now, create goals for the balance of your year. And, once you've made certain that no one is watching you, say right out loud whatever you need to in order to pump yourself up. Now, go out there and get to it! You can make anything happen if you put your mind to it.

You might be feeling lower vitality today as the New Moon is opposite your own sign. Relationships may take on adversarial appearances, even if there isnt a real issue pulling the sides apart. Its important to realize that whatever conflict comes your way now, is about your own internal dilemma -- even if it seems to be coming from someone else. Try to learn something new about yourself from what is happening.

VIRGO (Aug 23–Sep 22):

You have a few surprises of your own now and others may not expect what's coming. If you are afraid of acting on your need for freedom, circumstances "out there" may undergo a sudden shift. It's better to be the lightning than to be struck by it, but it would be best of all to focus on the source of the tensions that are creating a need for such a dramatic intervention. The problem is that it's difficult to allow yourself to feel okay when things are so unstable. Practice living with this dilemma.
