Meet your resistances head on, even if you cannot see them. Face the music, even if you don't know where it's coming from. Find your own inner optimist and ask for the guidance you need. There is magic around, but it's difficult to bring it up from the feeling realm into the external world of practice. Knowing about it is a good start. Doing the right thing is something else. It is up to you to magically alter the obvious insolvable dilemma into a something that works to your benefit...maybe even something mysteriously beautiful.

Regardless of the minor irritations that are presenting themselves, you have your mind set on something deeper. You are delving into something that is so far under the surface that its not yet ready to take out of the subconscious oven. Nevertheless, you can feel it cooking in there. Adjust the temperature to a slow simmer. It will continue to build over the next few days. Time is on your side.

You are giving yourself a chance to get the communication thing right. You are being careful about saying what you mean and meaning what you say. But you're not immune from the "distorted-mirror syndrome." You see what's happening "out there" by looking at your own reflections, which are based upon your own attractions, desires and fears -- and not what's really going on out there. Slow down all communication and go back to basics. It's the assumptions that will get you into trouble.

For the next four weeks, as the Sun moves through Pisces -- a fellow water sign -- you may feel refreshed, although it may not seem apparent to others. There's some relief for you Scorpions now in the Department of Romance, but its not enough to take your mind off the greater pressures that you have been experiencing. This New Moon can mark the beginning of newly found spontaneity, as if a burden has been lifted from your shoulders. A playfulness that has slipped away now has the chance to return. But youre going to have to make an effort. Open the door and let it in.

Although there is a practical side of you that comes into the light now, there's also this attraction you have to something new. It's almost like there was a magnet pulling you off your beaten path, and, surprisingly, you are more than ready to go there now. Try to express yourself in a way that is different from your normal manner. There's an important lesson here for you Scorpios. It doesn't have to be all-or-nothing. Your practice involves creating moveable boundaries. Discuss events with those close to you. But then, let go of them while you focus on your personal issues.
