You have the rest of today to examine your emotions, to feel the range of feelings and to explore the possibilities of stabilizing these feelings -- not that you'll be able to accomplish all this now. Instead, what you can accomplish is to delve into the illogical side of your mind, where you cannot just rationalize your way toward the solution.

Knowing how ambitious and calculating you Goats can be when you have set a goal, some of you probably have already realized that today could be somewhat confusing. You may have already spent extra time making sure that you were fully prepared for what is coming up, but there may be things that you just couldnt have expected. Some of these unexpected twists and turns can surface nowas if reality wants to see how you'll do as it throws you a curve ball. No one will fault you if you simply do the best you can.

Even if part of you wants to be out in the world now, make some time to be alone and to withdraw into your own healing meditations.
