I think that was recalled a few months back but it is still in stores so mabe the fixed the problem

Jake received one for Christmas last year. I thought he was a little young for it then, but he loves it now! He carries it around everywhere!

The boys LOVE theirs! Only ones made inbetween certain months were recalled.

I was looking at those at Christmas.....but we decided to wait on it. NOw that I know your kids love them, I think we will get one for Liz for her birthday next month!!
