3-in-1 Infantino Sling?

Does anyone else have this? I got one at my baby shower, I figured it would be great for nursing in public... but when I put Brodie in it and put it on; he hangs down to my waist! Not at all like the picture on the box.. maybe its made for larger women??

(I weigh about 105 pounds and I'm 5'5")

I had one of their slings, not sure if it is the same one, but probably. Anyway I used it once at the mall, when he was about 2 weeks old. He almost fell out a couple of time and just the way it is made he got all hot and sweaty. I checked to make sure I was using it right, but I never used it again.
