1 lbs sausage
16 oz box of elbow macaroni
4 eggs
4 cups of milk
shredded cheese or Longhorn cheese
Preheat oven at 425 degrees. Crumble and brown the sausage. Boil the macaroni as instructed on the box. Put 1/2 of the macaroni on the bottom of the rectangular casserole dish. Put 1/2 of the sausage on the bottom macaroni layer. Sprinkle some cheese or put slices of the longhorn cheese (whatever you prefer) over the bottom macaroni and sausage layer. Repeat the layers of the rest of the macaroni, sausage and cheese. Beat 4 eggs and add 4 cups of milk and beat the eggs and milk together. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the macaroni and cheese. Stick in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and wait another 15-20 minutes. It will be done when the egg/milk mixture is not runny. Take it out and let it cool off a little before serving. Bon appetit!!
