Haley woke up this morning and told me "Mommy, my Indian project is due today." 
We had worked on it last week but it wasn't in the least bit finished.
She had to make a log cabin and show how Cherokee Indians lived.
Talk about panic mode, I was scrambling all over looking for my hot glue gun that I hadn't used in eons. I never found it so we ended up taping everything together.
It shows in a few places but Haley was overall happy with how it looked.
Then I had to drive her up to school because she missed the bus trying to put this thing together.
She said something about "next time I forget" and I told her there had better not be a next time.
