Hi - my son Andie turns one on Nov. 1st, and we want to have a Rainbow fish theme for his party - mainly because that is what his nursery is done in - only problem is that I can only find the party goods at one place - Birthday Express, and it is not a good selection - no hats ot blowers, and all the packages are so expensive and they are based on a party for 8 kids - but we are having adults too!! So I don't want to spend $100 on party goods...

Have any ideas??
