I have to agree with you there. I think it is fun to do, also but I heard somewhere if you do it to much it can cause damage to the brain cells.

I can't imagine it's too good for you, but I guess once in awhile it's okay.

I can see it not being good for your brain cells....since its takign away from your oxygen.....but hey, divers use it when they go deep sea diving

I was thinking more of the vocal chords. I didn't know divers used it.
