WIC requirements - Did they change?

I was just wondering if anyone knew if the WIC eligibility income requirements had recently changed. Just out of curiosity, I went out to their webiste and looked around, and it looks like we might be eligible. But I know that we never have been before, because I made to much money. Does anyone know if they've been changed in the last few months?

I'm not sure. I have seen some really nice cars like brand new land rovers there though, so it may have.

No idea. I know we qualify as well.

With us, when I had Sam we did not qualify but when I had Logan we did. Having a household of 4 ups your income allowed.

I don't know when the changes were made, but we didn't qualify a few years ago, but do now. If you qualify, I'd definitely take advantage of it while you need it. It really helped us out when we were in a jam!

I don't know if they did or not, but I cannot stand WIC!! Those jerks allowed me on the whole pregnancy, then declined me my first appointment after she was born - when I needed it the most! The worst part was that as I walked out I see all these people with thick gold chains, and cars newer and nicer than mine in the parking lot. The whole system is screwed up!

I know it is a great program for those that qualify. There are just so many people that abuse the system. It is so unfair. That is why DH doesn't really want to apply for any kind of aid. A ton of paperwork, and then get turned down when you know that there are people sitting out there are intentionally abusing the system. Anyhow. I am going to check a few other things, too.
