Does anyone know which is cheaper to use? I like both and do not care which we use so long as it is cheaper. It seems like a bar of soap would be because they last longer. Has anyone ever figured this?

I would think that maybe body soap would be cheaper, it's been around longer.

Let me know, that's a good question.

I think if you take pieces of body soap and add some water that might make it into body wash???? Not as thick but would do the job.

If you want your bar soap to last longer (up to 3X longer) take it out of the wrapper and let it sit out. It dries up a bit and get harder. But it is less absorbant of water that way and lasts longer. It needs to sit out about 1 week. I unwrap mine and put them in the drawers in the bathroom. They make the drawers smell nice while they are drying.

Personally, I use body wash. Since I have extrememly dry skin, it doesn't dry it out as much as bar soap. 1 bottle will last me 2-3 months. I use it with one of those scrubber thingys that lather up real good. I buy body wash for the kids, but Rick likes bar soap.

I use the disinfectant soap and don't know if the body wash comes in disinfectant. Mind you only DH needs to use it, so maybe I could get a nice smelling one for me
