I went to Krogers to get hot pockets that were on sale I had a coupon for buy 3 get 1 free and then I had coupons for buy 1 get 50 cents off, so I got 4 hot pockets handed the casheir the coupons and she told me I couldn't combine the coupons??? I bought 3 and used the 50 cents off and got the 1 "free" one but did not hand her a coupon for that one....did that make sense....anyway I have done this before with at Meijers and they accepted that.....was this cashier wrong, I even asked a manager and they said no I couldn't "combine" the coupons which I didn't think I was "combining since I followed what the coupon said.

I hope that made some sense, anyone have any imput on this?

Ok I'm confused .. You got 4 hot pockets (one was free) and you still got $.50 off on one of the other 3 ..right?!?!?

I'm guessing that their store policy is that you can only use one coupon per product. For example, if you were buying something that costs $1, you wouldn't be able to use two 50 cent coupons and get the item for free.

I am agreeing with JenniferS. Sometimes the coupon says right on it that only one coupon by manufacture per product or something like that.

Now, if you had gotten 5 hot pockets you should have been able to use both of the coupons because the coupons would not have been on the same item.
