Ethan asks Theresa why she didn't press charges when it was obvious to him that Alistair hurt her. Theresa claims that it doesn't matter but Ethan insists that Alistair pay for what he's done. He's taken aback when she admits that she backed off from pressing charges because she needs his help in order to take Ethan from Gwen so they can be a family with little Ethan and Jane. Warning her about being in Alistair's debt, Ethan claims that he can't be with her. Still enjoying their special time together in Sheridan's cottage, Fancy and Noah are startled to hear Alistair calling out for his granddaughter. Noah insists he will not be intimidated by her grandfather. While Fancy tries to convince her suspicious grandfather that she's been alone all night, Noah hides in the bedroom, secretly listening. Alistair insists on checking out the bedroom to insure she's alone. After her dinner with Fox, Kay's grabbed as she walks through the park. Though she quickly deals with one of her attackers with a swift kick, his buddy grabs her and throws her to the ground, vowing to make her pay for hurting his pal. Fox comes to her rescue and successfully punches out her menacing attackers. But as he rushes to make sure she's okay, he's grabbed by the men and beaten. Sheridan is curious when she listens to Chris talking with a mystery person on the phone. Fearing that he may be working for her father, Sheridan waits for him to finish his chat and then slaps him across the face. He denies being one of Alistairs's cronies.
