Upon returning home, Noah gloomily informs Sam that he and Fancy seem to be all washed up. Meanwhile, a sobbing Fancy turns to her aunt for consolation after confiding how she's fallen in love with a man she can never have. At the courthouse, Eve fears the jury will return a guilty verdict and send her to jail for the rest of her life. Sauntering up to the distraught defendant, Rebecca slyly hints to Eve and Julian she can change the course of fate for certain considerations. T.C. warns Liz he will never forgive her if the mother of his children isn't acquitted. Sam encourages Noah to fight for Fancy with everything he's got if he truly loves her. Across town, Sheridan warns Fancy she has much to fear from Alistair's wrath. Tabitha searches for the right spell to ensure that Eve's jurors will vote thumbs down. Dangling the promise of saving Eve, Rebecca convinces Julian to sign a certain document without reading it. Later, in the jury room, one lone juror holds out for acquittal as an exasperated Tabitha looks on.
