1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 box au gratin potatoes
Grated cheddar cheese
Milk
Water
Salt Pepper

Brown and drain 1 lb. ground beef and one chopped onion, along w/ salt and pepper to taste, and return to large skillet. Add 1 box of au gratin potatoes, and add milk and water according to package directions for "stove top." Cook until potatoes are tender. Transfer to casserole dish, and top with grated cheddar cheese (sharp cheese tastes really good on this, but it's a matter of preference). Bake at 350 for 15 min. or so, until cheese is bubbly, but not browned.
