Soy sauce and ramen noodle soup flavor this quick Chinese-style entree. Dust off your wok (or skillet) and impress your family.
1 lb. Beef tip steak strips
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken into 1/3.
16 oz. frozen stir fry vegetables
4.5 oz. whole mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
4 sliced green onions
Marinate beef strips in garlic, 1 Tbsp. oil and pepper. Set aside
Add ramen noodles and vegetables to boiling water. Return to boil and simmer until slightly tender; drain.
Return vegetable mixture to saucepan and stir in seasoning pkg. from noodles. Cover and keep warm.
Heat skillet with remaining oil. Add steak; cook 1-2 minutes until meat is no longer pink. Stir in vegetable mixture, mushrooms and soy sauce; heat thoroughly.
