1 pound fully cooked skinless smoked sausage, halved and sliced
1/2 inch thick
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package (5 1/4 ounces) au gratin potatoes (The milk and butter
listed on the potato package are not used in this recipe.)
2 1/2 cups water
1 package (8 ounces) frozen California blend vegetables

In a large skillet, cook sausage in oil until lightly browned; drain. Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 18- 20 minutes or until the potatoes are almost tender, stirring occasionally. Add vegatbles; cover and cook for 8- 10 more minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender.

Yield:4 servings
