16 oz. pkg frozen seasoned vegetables and pasta (any variety)
12 oz. frozen shelled and deveined shrimp
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
chopped fresh basil or parsely to taste (optional)
In a large skillet, stir together vegetables, pasta, shrimp and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes. Stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until shrimp turn pink, vegetables are tender/crisp and pasta is done. Sprinkle with cheese and basil or parsely.http://www.lazygourmets.com/
